Deposits

Bookings can only be confirmed on payment of £100 Deposit.

For deposits paid by cheque, please complete guarantee card details on reverse of the cheque.

Cash deposits must be made in person.

In the event of Damage or Breakages to Lounge property, some or all of the deposit may be retained. Otherwise, it will be refunded the following day.

Payments

We accept all Major Credit Cards (except American Express)

Pro Forma Invoices can be arranged for Corporate Events.

Any outstanding Bills on the day of the Event, must be paid at the end of your function, unless agreed otherwise by the Managing Director.

Booking Conditions

Final numbers must be received by at least 7 days prior to event. If numbers drop significantly, the designated event area may be reduced in size.

Menu choices must be received by no later than 7 days prior to function. Any changes after this time to numbers of guests / food choices can only be done so at the discretion of the management.

Allocation of Space is dependant on the number of attendees
Menu Content is correct at the time of going to print and may be subject to change.

House Rules

Over 18s only. ID must be shown by any person appearing to be under 21.

Access to some areas may be restricted due to private functions.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission, and in such cases any Deposits / Payments will not be refunded.
Only Alcohol purchased from Lounge may be consumed on the premises. Any party found in breach of this will be subject to a supplementary charge and removed from the premises.

Return of your signed booking form is deemed acceptance of these conditions.
