Morning Sean and Alan, I just wanted to say a HUGE thanks to both of you and your fantastic team of waiting staff and the chefs for making the Friday evening celebration a brilliant one! Everything was spot on, from the room set up and the candles which created a lovely ambience, to the amazing hog roast feast. Everything about the food was delicious and fresh, I am just sorry we didn’t do it justice and quite a lot was left! That was entirely down to everyone being stuffed after their first plateful is all! I will be back in touch as soon as I know more about their Christmas gathering, I can appreciate that you will be getting quite booked up now! Thanks again, and rest assured I will recommend The Lounge to anyone that asks me about venues in Leeds who is looking for a great night, with top customer service and fantastic food! PS: Thanks to Randolph and Danny too, they played some fantastic music!

We are back from honeymoon and I just wanted to drop you a note to say thanks again for your help on our wedding day. The venue, atmosphere and service were excellent and each contributed to a successful day. So many guests commented on the quality (and quantity) of food, so please pass huge praise to your chef and kitchen staff. I think a number of them may be visiting the restaurant again!

I booked in a second time for the theatre menu as the service was so good on my first recent visit. Will no doubt book again. Well done - a great place.

Hi Sean, I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and your team. We had an amazing time and everyone really enjoyed the evening. The quality and professionalism of everyone involved was first class. We could not have asked for a more thoughtful and polite team to look after us. The food was fantastic – please pass on my thanks to the chef. Excellent customer service! Even my Dad was wowed by the service and quality of food. Over-all everyone was very impressed and you helped make the ‘family get together’ a very special occasion.

Our first visit to the upstairs restaurant and we felt the whole experience was very good. Service from the staff was exceptional, they had a good knowledge of the food and the food quality matched our needs. Staff were very helpful but not obtrusive, overall we will eat there again.

If you check with Sarah-Louise Walker she will tell you we visited each evening last week and also had a meal for 60+ at Nash's Friday and a party of 100+ at the Lounge on Saturday. Everything was just brilliant and I have written to Sarah-Louise and will also write to Phil Barker who I also know personally to thank them, the chef and all their staff for the way they looked after us. I will continue to sing the praises to all who will listen to me. You have made many new converts to your restaurant, well done to all.

I really didn't expect our party of 400+ to be SO well looked after. The service we received was exceptional, nothing was a problem or an inconvenience. From start to fininsh to post event follow up - it's all been very impressive. I think I've finally found something that is missing in so many other places - brilliant customer service. The space itself was perfect for us and the food was amazing. Definitely coming back.

I was so impressed with the follow up calls I recieved from a lady called Kirsty I think her name was, just to clarify a few details, as it was my sons 21st birthday. We dine as regularly as we can, and will never be let down with the food, service and ambiance of the place. Well done, keep it up.

We had a wonderful meal with my friends to celebrate my birthday. Both service and food was to it's best quality, as always. My friends were impressed with the overall experience and we will be definitely back. Big thank you to staff who looked very well after us.

No, everything went really well. All the staff bent over backwards to accomodate us and make sure that our event was a success. I've had loads of positive feedback around the evening and I would definitely recommend that anyone who requires a similar venue gives you a call. Thank you for all your help.

This is the second time we have been to Lounge, the food and ambiance is wonderful, we are busy reccommending you to all our friends and familys. The service is fab. I, myself, am a landlady, and I sometimes wish my staff would be as proffessional as yours. No complaints what so ever, I think its a great idea where you e mail me often with theme nights.

Not a suggestion but a comment, the staff was very helpful in making sure we got out in plenty of time for our event at the Grand Theatre and it was appreciated. We were running late due to a last minute patient at work and all was well.
